Shipping policy

At Opia by Jei, every item is made to order and printed on demand. Getting your order to you happens in two steps: production (we make your item) and shipping (it travels to you). Here's what to expect.
Order processing & production
Once you place an order, it goes into production within 1–2 business days. Production itself typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the product. Production time is separate from shipping time — the estimates below are added together.

Faster options (Expedited / Overnight) may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Most orders arrive within about a week, but these are estimates, not guarantees — final delivery times and rates are shown at checkout.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the option you choose. Any applicable cost is shown before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
Multiple-item orders
If you order more than one item, they may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing.
Shipping address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect a package once an order is in production. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or because it went unclaimed, a new order will need to be placed and reshipment costs will apply (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Delays
Once an order leaves our production partner, it is in the carrier's hands. We can't control delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak periods such as holidays, and these are not grounds for a refund of shipping. If your tracking hasn't updated in [7] days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Lost or stuck shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost in transit, email Hello@opiabyjei.com with your order number and we'll investigate and make it right.
International shipping
We currently ship to United States only. For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
