Refund policy

At Opia by Jei, every item is made to order and printed on demand. Because nothing is mass-produced or kept in stock, our return policy works a little differently — please read it before ordering.

Made-to-order items — all sales final

Because each product is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or an incorrect color/style chosen at checkout. Please check the size chart and product details carefully before ordering. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described (see below).

Our quality guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives:

•     Defective or damaged;

•     Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design from what you ordered); or

•     With items missing from your order —

we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

How to report a problem

Email Hello@opiabyjei.com within 30 days of delivery with:

1.   Your order number;

2.   A description of the issue; and

3.   Clear photos or video of the item and any packaging damage.

In most cases you won't need to ship anything back — we resolve quality issues directly from your photos. If a return is required, we'll send you the correct instructions.

Color & print variations

Printing is a physical process, and slight variations in color, print placement, and finish can occur between what you see on screen and the final product. These small differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Wrong or incomplete addresses & unclaimed packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal at delivery, or because it went unclaimed, we are unable to refund the original order. We can place a new order at your request, but you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

Order changes & cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order if you contact us within [2 hours] of placing it. After that, production has usually begun and the order can't be changed.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within [5–7 business days]. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
